Alameda County Community Food Bank’s Capital Campaign
MISSION: NUTRITION, Nourishing our Neighborhoods

After 22 years of moving between leased spaces, in 2005 the Alameda County Community Food Bank found a permanent home at 7900 Edgewater Drive in Oakland. The cost to purchase, equip and move into the new facility totaled $9.5 million. The Food Bank has just under $115,000 left to raise to complete the campaign.

We need your help! We have received a dollar-for-dollar capital campaign challenge grant, so your gift will automatically be doubled when you donate to our capital campaign. Donate now

The Food Bank’s new home has improved community services with:

  • Increased produce acquisition and distribution
  • Expanded Food Helpline
  • Convenient location for volunteers, supporters and agencies

We invite you to help nourish our neighborhoods!
